Worst experience I have EVER had at a gym...first month upon signing up I have been debited $390 out of my account for a youth UFC membership as well an adult dual membership. On February 12th, I spoke to a manager regarding this and he couldn't even explain it to me...I then asked him to cancel the Steve Nash membership of mine, he said he would...to date (March 14th) it has yet to be cancelled. I am absolutely appalled by this and I should have gone with my gut feeling and signed up at the YMCA!!! I wonder if management sleeps at night know they have taken so much from a single mother...SHAME ON UFC Gym Kelowna
