We can't agree more to the reviews here.  Dr Kato and her staff are really great!  We  were new last year in the area and wanted to find the best care for our cats.  We are glad to discover this place and really appreciative of Dr Kato.  Now we know our furry babies (Kaoru and Seth) are in good hands :)

We had to take my son's cat in. I will spare you the nasty details.  He has never been to this vet before. I was very impressed with the care he was given. They didn't do any unnecessary tests they even sent us to the drugstore to purchase something just to save us some money. But that is not what impressed me the most. The next day my son received a call from on of the vet's to check and see how the cat was doing. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they treat. They have a customer for life

Thorough, loving and dedicated staff make this a spot my dog actually loves coming to! The follow up phone calls to check on his status, following a visit, is always appreciated and reassuring.

I paid for my pet to be cremated, but could not afford to pay for the ashes return at that moment. The staff at Kato told me I could pay when I pick up my pets ashes. The next day one of Kato's staff members called me to let me know that they changed their mind and that my pet would not be cremated until I paid in full for the ashes return, even though I had paid in full for the cremation. Not only was the staff incredibly rude on the phone, but the situation could have easily been avoided by telling me the truth from the beginning.  As I can not trust them I will not be a returning customer.
