never bee nhere before. and have very bad experiences with 2 other clinics. The staff are super sweet out going and make you feel like you have known them for years. which is encouraging me to return. the office is clean. very easy to get to and plenty of parking. they don't have you sitting there for hours your appointment time is your appointment time. thank you for such a delightful experience. I can't wait to come back and know my animals are in great Hands.

The staff are so kind and helpful; they are the perfect care team for my dog. I was looking for my first vet and found them when my dog had an upset stomach. The vet tech I spoke with went above and beyond to help me over the phone and slotted me in on the same day as they just had a cancellation. My dog is now enrolled as a patient there and, it’s strange to say this, but I always look forward to going to the vet’s. They take the time to follow up with me over the phone after appointments and make sure I’m informed and have my questions answered. A cheerful and supportive team that truly cares about your pets and their humans.

Dr Audrey is, bar none, the best at diagnoising 'In one' she blows me away when I have a complicated problem. Vets are expensive but when they always seem to get it right the 1st time, that's priceless the techs are all well trained in compassion, customer service. and ability.

The staff are really nice and the facility is very clean and this was my go to vet for almost a year until 1 of the employees told me my puppy needed to be spayed becuase my dog looked like she could be grouped into dogs that resemble a pitbull. I stopped going immediately after that. I wanted to give them another shot with my new dog but found out their exam fee is almost $100. It's too bad because I really liked the doctor there but their prices and that employee left such a bad taste in my mouth....

Dr. Woodward and Tamika are so great. We are not regular patients at this clinic and are visiting my in-laws in the area. Our dog ate a bunch of chocolate and Tamika and Dr. Woodward squeezed us in right away to help our girl despite having a crazy schedule. They were very calming and explained all the procedures thoroughly which really put my mind at ease. Highly recommend Dr. Woodward and Tamika!

Honestly the best. I had never been here before a few weeks ago. After calling my regular vet about my 4y.o male cat Salem displaying emergency symptoms and getting turned away, I frantically called the next closest AH, as I was travelling by bus, and even though the Guildwood Village AC was also fully booked they managed to squeeze an appointment in for me given the seriousness of the situation. The receptionists that day I think they both were named Tammy, apologies if I'm wrongwere so sweet. I am very thankful of them and everyone that day for making the time to see my boy and help him. And I very much appreciated the updates and calls to see how he was once he was back home. Thank you!

My dog has been a patient at the clinic for over 11 years. The vet and her team provide excellent service. With any medical team it is important you have a relationship that is built on trust and this team demonstrates that based on how they have worked with me and my pet.

Not very client focused - called ahead as a curtesy to say that we were running 10 mins late and they cancelled our appointment on the spot. We’ll be looking for another vet.
