Outstanding, absolutely outstanding care from Dr Bala for the past eighteen years!!! Could not recommend more highly.... this is the first review that I have ever taken the time to write.. Ever!!

Zero stars for this clinic. I brought my 10-week old puppy here a couple of weeks ago because he was choking, while I was screaming for help with tears running down my face. The receptionist told me that both vets on site refused to examine him, telling me to take him to the emergency hospital instead. I had to drive him all the way to the emergency hospital, which was further away. He passed away shortly after I got him to the hospital a short while later. I have two older dogs who I have been bringing to this clinic as it is fairly close to my residence, but I will never again bring any of my dogs to this place. They have failed my puppy, and I won't risk having them fail any of my other loved ones. Shame on the people there that call themselves professionals in the animal health field.

They are very kind helpful & caring towards yourself and your pet/pets. Highly recommend this place. I've been with them for years!
