What a great place. We needed to take our dog in around the holidays and everyone was wonderful. Our first trip in, our little wonder dog suddenly stopped limping while we were waiting. It was the Sunday before Christmas and there was a long wait. The staff were great about advising about the wait and since our dog looked fine, we made the decision to head home. Her symptoms returned after the excitement of the holidays wore off and we came back the Friday before New Years and were seen within an hour. The vet who saw us listened to us and asked all the right questions and suggested a potential diagnosis. We were scheduled back in for the first regular work day with an internal medicine vet, test performed in AM, diagnosis confirmed that same day and they had a prescription ready within 30 minutes. Our dog went from being barely able to walk, to running around like a puppy again. EVERYONE was excellent and I’d entrust them with our fuzziest family member anytime. For Emergency after-hour service, the fee was way more than fair. I’m grateful to know they are there when we need them.

I don’t know what they do to my cat ? But he was really nice to the vet before he went there ! And now he does not even let my family vet touch him! And his face have a little scratch after we went there! I’m pretty sure it was not there before!
They transferred him from my own carrier to a bigger cage and left him there alone for at least half hour even after I told them he was bleeding and probably got wounded! I think it is a totally unnecessary process, because they could left him with me if they were that busy and do not have time to take care of him at that moment! They should know that the pet is more relax with there owner when they are sick. But they still do that and let him be alone with a dog cage two cages away from my cat ! After all they couldn’t check on him at all, so they can’t tell anything about him! They just gave me the pain killers, they didn’t give me any antibiotics even I told them he was wounded and he s bleeding! And they told me to come back next morning, then why I would go there that night if I really could go there the other morning! I think they are unprofessional!

THE VET TECHS AND THE DOCTORS HERE GET 5 STARS!
The front office staff, and management could use a course or two in customer service, organization and professionalism. This may not apply equally to all the staff but it has shaped our overall impression of the facility.
Some of our experiences with them;
-Call us few weeks after an appointment is booked to inquire as to why we booked the appointment. (Is this not in your system? Shouldn't you know, as your work there?)
-Repeated calls about the same issue, even when we just spoke to a staff member about it a few minutes ago. (Communication among your peers! Get Organized!)
They do not follow instructions - Once again, called repeatedly about the same issue. We gave them instructions to only arrive at the clinic and discover the instructions were completely disregarded. (Why call us in the first place and ask if you cant follow simple orders?)
They lose / throw away items that are left at the clinic. Even when labelled with owners information. (Maybe it would be helpful to think why it has been labelled y the owner in the first place before throwing out someones belongings. Probably more productive things to be doing anyways.)
MANAGEMENT -Time to call for a group huddle and get your receptionists in line. They are tarnishing the experiences of your customers.

This the best animal hospital that you could ever ask for. I am so grateful to the amazing vet tech's, doctor's, and both of the wonderful cardiologists who work here. They took such good care of my dog and are the most intelligent and kind people you could ever ask for. There is a special place in heaven for people with the good heart's that these people have.

Amazing cardiologist Dr. Lichtenberger and staff. Lyla just came home today and she is doing well from her surgery. Dr. Lichtenberger called us over the last three days to give us updates, which made us more and more comfortable as everything progressed. His method of explaining the surgery to recovery is so detailed, and easy to understand that we felt we are and were very well prepared. I can express our grateful we are with the care Lyla and ourselves received. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so very much!
