Gap

i like gap with its crazy discount, sometimes sales and the easy breezy beautiful return policy for online shopping and this location is the one i tend to use to return things that i bought. its convenient when i'm in the neighborhood. store wise, its smaller than the downtown location by a lot. selection wise, a lot smaller too but they do have skinny jeans, something they didn't carry before and for that, I'm happy. other than that, great staff, fun to browse around and find some incredibly crazy good deals

Dog friendly, good service & more sales selection in baby Gap than the downtown store. I've moved & miss being able to go shopping with my dog. The staff always made it a pleasant experience.

Staff woman on the phone was condescending in tone and had an unprofessional phone manner. Which was a in stark contrast to the kind and accommodating floor staff that helped me earlier today.

What a terrible Gap experience. Cashier literally rolled his eyes and gave me attitude for wanting to exchange jeans after another Gap cashier told me I could exchange them if they stretched, which they did. The manager came with her disgusting attitude and attempted to tell me I couldn't exchange because I've worn them. The manager said " welI you didn't buy it here and my sales associates would never say that" ... Um ok but this is Gap, not an independent store so I can exchange at a different Gap. The whole experience was just so terrible and was even worse because of their incredibly condescending and rude attitude. I would never shop at this location again.
