Story

Boutique Blo is one of Montreal's greatest shopping destination for both timeless and on-trend women's clothing, shoes, and accessories since its inception in 2005. This original store, located in the heart of the Plateau, carries a large variety of favorite global brands as well as iconic Canadian labels.

If I could give a negative star I would. I walked in looking to buy a few things and when I did there was a customer trying to return something. The woman at the counter was being extremely rude to her telling her she could not return the item. She even went so far as to yell at the poor customer several times. I was shocked. The store is small and the fact that you would raise your voice at a customer at all, let alone when another customer walks in and will likely be looking to purchase something appalled me. I was so disappointed in the customer service here and immediately left. Though I agree with other reviews that the clothing is unique and stylish, I would not recommend this store. There clothing was nice but when you are a boutique store like that customer service rates highly. Yelling at your customers when a brand new client walks in is so disrespectful. I was appalled and they have most definitely lost my business and all of my friends! I can find cute clothes on Amazon or any of the other great boutiques in the area. Please treat people better!

I love shopping at Boutique Blo because the clothing is beautiful and the staff is very helpful. They help find stylish pieces to fit my style and needs (work, special events, etc.).

Worst costumer service ever! I wanted to exchange or refund the item bought less than couple of days prior. Very rude sales person didn't accept it saying that it was final sale (without mentioning at the pointe of sale) she yelled at me while talking on the phone simultaneously. NO RESPECT at all! Overall I can't even say it's about the money, it's about the feeling they left in me after the entire experience.
