The Kane County health department came out to my school so that we could get a food handling permit. We are a non-profit school so they said my fee would only be $200-300 but were supposed to let me know. I left several messages and emails for Erin Rauscher, and never heard back. Then I got a bill in the mail saying I owe $1,000 with no explanation as to why. I called and spoke to Maria, she said I have to talk to Erin, I told her I had tried to get a hold of her with no response, she did not offer any kind of explanation or apology.

I am currently still on hold after 1 hr and 30 minutes. It is nearly impossible to find a covid testing site in Kane county, I am utterly appalled at the lack of support, community and resources. Shame on you Kane County!!! Trash

How many people have too be injured or worse !You guys are on the wrong side of history and you know it! The VAERS numbers are available for all of us to see, 1 person there can say not in our Co.any more but your not doing it. Sad

Eternal hold is what you will get.Dont bother complying.Its a waste of time.
