Story

Aaron has owned and operated a hotel in Mulege, a resort outside Ensenada, and MexiGo Adventures eco tours, all in Baja California. Additional customer service experiences include Aaron's ownership and operation of two restaurants/bars and two catering/party companies in Newport Beach, California. Aaron's occupational history includes real estate brokerage, spec housing construction and retail sales which combine in a unique resume for campground design, construction and operation.Aaron has served as Vice President of the Klamath Chamber of Commerce, Director of the Orick Chamber of Commerce and County Representative to the Governor's North Coast Tourism Council. He presently serves the America's Wild Rivers Coast 5-chamber consortium as Director and past President.Aaron founded FunBus Tours in 2006 to better serve his guests at Kamp Klamath and other travelers looking for additional layers of local adventure.

As a seasoned RV traveler and owner of several camps myself, the first review I read on this place was not so happy, I was even more curious to come and see this for myself, the lady who wrote the review, obviously NO one can satisfy her and she needs to get a hobby! The front office was very personable and helpful. The whole set up of their park was spacious and clean. Having chicken coops here, and gardens is something I provide for my tenants but the ones here are for volunteers only, I get it! Very mystical place with the beach right down the road. Kevin and his squad are kind and professional, this is off the beaten path from the highway but who wants to hear all that! I have been here for over a month and I am very happy to be here.

Fantastic place to camp. All the tent sites are wonderful. We will definitely return. So many places to hike here. Bathrooms are clean. Low water pressure but we consider any shower a great luxury when we are camping.

Mountains, forest, and ocean. About a 2 mile walk to the beach. An exquisite 2 mile walk I might add. It looks like Jurrassic park, and then I found out it was filmed here.

Nice, professional front desk. However the shower and washroom facilities are very dated and run down. The grass wasn't cut while we were there and wild foxes ran around at night. We were woken by roosters which was fun but something to keep in mind.

Poor Communication if any at all. Happy to make the reservation, happy to accept my payment, happy to send me a confirmation email. Had to cancel due to a schedule conflict, that was back in June. Sent the email cancelling, got no reply. Sent it again, again no reply. So I called and was told that yes my reservation was cancelled and that the "owner" does refunds once a month. Well guess what, no refund, no email, no phone call... nothing. If you're running a place that desperately needs my $50, at least tell me that. If you want to refund my money, I'd really appreciate it. ** Refund was finally issued on 8-17-17. 2 months after it was requested, I was also scolded by them on Facebook for leaving a negative review**
