I have been going to Crossfit Apostle for a year. Nate and Leah are not only great coaches but amazing people. The atmosphere is welcoming. The team of coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. I have improved in every aspect thanks to their dedication. I have made new friends and have changed my lifestyle thanks to this gym.

A great crossfit gym. The owners are welcoming and knowledgeable. No matter your ability they make sure that your experience is a good one. I would highly recommend you stop by and check them out.

When I moved to Kamloops I was sad to leave my old CrossFit gym, I had tried out the other CrossFit gyms in town but they didn't have the same atmosphere and friendly, caring coaches or community I had experienced at my first gym. I had stumbled upon CrossFit Apostle only weeks after they first opened and within the week I was attending the WODs. Nathan and Leah are very passionate about what they do and the coaching they provide to their members. They have build an amazing community that keeps on growing and accomplishing many gains. The gym itself is always clean and tidy with well maintained, quality equipment. The gym is also a family friendly environment which welcomes children of all ages; to watch or play in designated areas in a safe space well parents can workout. I highly recommend this gym to anyone I know that is interested in taking their fitness to another level, or wanting to try something different.

This was my first time at a crossfit gym. As soon as I entered I was welcomed by everyone. Nate and Leah are great coaches and took the time to walk you through the exercises. The positive atmosphere was great and I look forward to my next workout.
