The Pilates Tree is Kamloops' premiere Pilates studio. It is a spacious yet welcoming Pilates studio located in the heart of downtown. Pilates is about building strength from the inside out. Our studio is the perfect place to connect body, mind and soul.
Think of a Tree. Does it have all its strength in its limbs? No. A tree is only as strong as its roots and its trunk. Without a strong trunk the tree would fall over. It’s the same for our bodies. If we don’t concentrate on building a good foundation and a strong trunk or core (powerhouse), we’ll end up tight in some places and weak in others, injury-prone and susceptible to the pitfalls of our occupation or chosen form of exercise (or lack there of).
The Pilates Tree has something for everyone; offering personal and group classes, each geared to condition your body, mind, and soul.
Through pilates you will reshape your body, making yourself longer, leaner and more toned. Posture is also improved, stress and tension are relieved, and mental and physical training become one.
