Robert is an amazing trainer. He works with you if you have injuries and is very knowledgeable about how to improve your overall health. F3 Fit is a great place and highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Rob and his team at F3FIT. I consider myself an active person, I lift weights in the gym 5-6 days a week. But when I went to Rob's men's class, he really put me to work. I haven't sweated like that in years, when I left I could literally squeeze the water out of my shirt. They have a variety of classes so whatever your fitness goals may be, if you want to take it to the next level check out F3FIT!

Robert and his team at F3Fit are amazing. I had some mobility issues that I didn't even know I had that where causing me some major problems. They fixed me up and got me back on track. I would highly recommend anyone to F3Fit!

Robert sets you up for success by listening to your goals and putting together a program that will support you in reaching them. As soon as you walk in, you know that it's a place where you're not just another gym member, but part of the F3 family.
