Been with Cassidy for a couple years and I can proudly say that this gym has changed me as a person for the better. The new location is amazing offering a ton of new opportunities to work out and improve yourself. If your looking to work hard and improve yourself this is the place.

Cassidy has an amazing set up at Infusion. I love his creative and challenging workouts which are put together with science behind it! I have been. To gyms and wandered aimlessly doing random exercises - no more! Such a comfortable environment too! No judgment! Just a focus on health and technique. Love the sweat too!!! Thank you Cassidy!!!

Cassidy has trained our family for over six years now. The whole family goes - and it is life changing! Our daughter has scoliosis with growing rods, and Cassidy has customized a program that has done an acceptional job of strengthening her core - now her Orthopaedic surgeon recommends her type of workout regiment to other patients. Thank you Cassidy for keeping us active and healthy!!
