Very nice, clean Korean shop with small cafe at the back! Food is always delicious and fresh. It is my to go place for lunch. Shop is slowly adding more korean products in their range, hopefully I can find more face masks and cosmetics. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Stopped by for Sunday lunch and pleasantly surprised by quality of food. Front end of the shop has Korean food store items and a small section for beauty products. They've got about 10 items on their menu to order from. We got the Korean fried chicken which was huge chunks of well fried, crispy tender boneless chicken pieces with rice and miss soup. Second item which was the surprising star of the meal was the K-chon burger. Two burger patties covered with oozy cheddar cheese sitting in top of a bed of Korean flavored coleslaw. It reminded me of Shake Shack style patties and did not disappoint! Definitely coming back to try the other dishes
I've been to this place a lot since they opened this summer. Their grab & go foods are always impressive! They have these perfect Korean and Japanese fusion style food which I love. My favorites are burgers. Both tonkatsu and bulgogi taste so good. It has simple basic ingredients but their house made sauce is very tasty and meats are juicy and tender. Plus portions are very generous for only $5. I definitely recommend to try other dishes as well. You can also dine-in for freshly cooked meal. While waiting for food, you can shop groceries and k beauty collections.
This is totally a Korean village from snacks ready to eat & on the go to beauty to housewares. They also have Korean quick service food for all your Korean food cravings. Ordered the bulgogi fries and they were just awesome! Perfectly sauced with the gochujang and every bite had a bit of crunch to it! Friend ordered the curry katsu and was impressed with how crispy the katsu was and how smooth the curry was too! The have a huge dining room, which I think would be an awesome spot to expand their lineup of products to shop for when they settle in more! I do hope they expand more as they have an awesome amount of products already but would definitely love to see more! Service was amazing! The girl helping my friend and I out were just amazing! You could literally feel her energy and smiles from behind the face mask! Great job overall! Follow me on IG @thirst_and_taste for better pics and more amazing content!
Lazy Saturday and a great start for the long weekend. K-Chon just opened a month ago so we decided to stop by for lunch. Inside you will find for sale: Korean snacks, dishware & utensils, beauty section, frozen food and cold drinks. There is also prepared food to go or if you wanted to eat in, a cafeteria style restaurant which has a variety of Lunch dishes served Tuesday thru Sunday. We choose the Spicy Pork Bulgogi, Beef Bulgogi, a side order of K-Fried chicken and some cold drinks. We sat in the spacious dining area and our order was brought to us. Each meal was presented beautifully and each came with 3 side dishes. The beef bulgogi was tender and very strong tasting. The spicy pork bulgogi, I personal believe it was not spicy enough but the pork bites were very tender. We really enjoyed the K-Fried chicken... Tender, juicy and had more heat than the spicy pork bulgogi. Each meal portions are good and should be enough for the average size person appotite. We will come again for lunch and try other meals. Best of luck K-Chon!
Have visited a few times this past month. Each time it's an opportunity to discover new treats and try new things as I browse through the pantry offerings without being overwhelmed due to the clear layout. The lunch specials are made fresh to order you have to order at the cashier. The Korean fried chicken lunch combo we had was very tasty and delicious - the banchan accompanying the meal was also very good. There are also other meals to go, like onigiris that have a Korean fusion twist to it, like kimchi roe which I personally love and have had at each visit. The onigiris are generously filled. Edit 10/2021: lunch offerings are increasing per visit. We tried the pork bulgogi burger i believe made with Martins potato rolls, which they sold as a pantry item!, Korean Fried Chicken and the onigiri. The KFC was made to order and piping hot! Generous portions too. We saw many people going in and out even at 2:30, which is good to see as a local in the neighborhood. On another visit, purchased the mentaiko pasta and it was delicious! I recommend you to give it a try!
This is a Korean restaurant and a snack store. They sell instant noodles, chips and some other snacks. You can find a restaurant inside. You can purchase ready to go meals or order food from the cashier. They have a big dining room and you can seat anywhere you want. They'll bring you food to the table. You need to return the trays at the end. Staff was friendly. Food was good but not best.
Good place to try the authentic Korean food Tried this new Korean place for Sunday brunch. It is a variety store for authentic Korean food & beverages, Korean kitchen utensils, tableware & skin care products etc. They offer take-out food or freshly made dine-in menu. It's a simple 10-item lunch menu with 2 side-order choices. We had to pay for the food order at the cashier and get a number stand and wait for the food to be delivered to our table. The dining area is huge because it occupies the former dining space of the Luscious 5 Kitchen + Bar. We ordered the K-Chon Burger with Fries and the Japchae Rice. Both came with miso soup. The burger patty was juicy with mild spicy Asian sauce & cheese. The Japchae with rice was authentic and tasty. However the miso soup was bit be salty for us; guess it's the really Korean style. Overall experience was good with this place. May try the side order of K-Fried Chicken & Tempura Shrimp next time.
I went today for the first time and got a Sukiyaki Beef Bento. It was so good. The food is much better in quality than the Bentos at J-Town's Heisei Mart. Also the price is slightly cheaper. If you pay in cash, then there's also no tax.Food: 5/5
Stopped by after breakfast. The store was spacious, clean, and neatly organized into different sections like snacks, "groceries", home stuff, pets, cosmetics, etc. They also have cooked food, as well as a dining area.
