Take out review! In First Markham place food court there is as many as 3 Korean restaurants at some point and they are selling almost identical items. 2022 May. One closed and 2 left. HoHo service is excellent, the lady took my order is very friendly and respond with a smile. after you order they give you a pager so it will beeps when your order is ready. Food come out fast and food portion is fair how it priced Each main dish we order came with 3 side dishes! The side dishes taste average but it is very fresh. which is great too. We ordered pork bone soup and spicy Tofu soup. Both taste really good except pork bone soup is only warm and Spicy Tofu soup is still hot and steaming. Overall is a great Korean restaurant and you should give it a try in my opinion.
Very Good Prices! Freshly Prepared! Great Values! Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! A Wonderful Place for Korean Foods! Restaurant Items at Food Court Prices! Must order Hot Stone Bibim Bap! Huge Pork Cutlet Box is good for two! Must try Seafood Pajeon!
This OG Korean place is right smack between the two busy Chinese bbq places. Portion size is pretty good, definitely large servings of rice, on the benzos however the beef bibimbap was a bit lacking in ingredient quantity. Fried oysters were decent. Highlight for me was actually the kimchi, tastes home-made and not store bought. Home cooked style food and a good addition to the GTA's best food court.
This time I chose spicy pork soup - very delicious. Shop owner is polite, I like so much this restaurant. By the way, last time I tried a cold soup noodle, I would give my 5 stars rating too.
I have only tried the fried oysters, item #25. Freshly cooked up on your order, they come with a light crunchy batter and good meaty oysters. Also come with a serving of tartar sauce. Very reasonably priced at three for $4.50 and five for $5.50. I get five everytime which is well worth the price for some of the best fried oysters I have enjoyed. Quiet but nice lady at the counter too. It's easy to find HoHo Korean Food in this excellent food court where there is lots to try because it is located between the two very popular BBQ shops with long lines.
Quality Korean foodcourt spot with generous portions. Had the chicken cutlet which was 2 massive pieces that were perfectly breaded. My friend had the dduk mandoo guk and it was also excellent. Better than the average Korean restaurant. My go to spot at first markham place.
Ordered the chicken cutlet and it was very nicely fried, the breading was a perfect golden colour both times I ate here. Generous portion of rice and the side of 3 fried dumplings is fresh also, very crispy and warm. I wish the meal would come with a small side of soup or tea, although maybe tea would be provided if asked.
Come support this small business! I highly recommend their Fried Oysters. $5.50 for 5! YES PLEASE. Always served piping hot with a squeeze of lemon. Their pork bone soup is great as well. The lady at the counter is super friendly. Thank you so much!
this korean fast food is the best taste in thid food court. most of their dishes have the quality of dine in korean rest. but they ar a bit quite as the compitition at the fmp food court is very hash. i really hope they can servive and keep the food quality and consistancy in future
Absolutely trash, served me lukewarm pork bone soup, and most of the meat on the bone were cold. When its -5c outside, and I come to get soup, cold is not what I expect. No wonder when the food court was packed with eaters, only this place had no one lining up.
