Story

FOUND Consignment Boutique accepts luxury, boutique and contemporary designer ladies’ clothing, shoes, jewelry, handbags, accessories and active wear.

Clothing should be no more than 2-3 years old and currently in style. Please consult Found's website, www.foundconsign.com for brand lists and "no thank you items". Please understand that if we decline an item it is a business decision not a personal one.

Luxury is our "thing".
Luxury brands such as Chanel, Gucci, Hermes, Louboutin, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & David Yurman jewelry are in high demand. We only accept authentic pieces and use 3rd party authentication services when needed.

FOUND accepts items seasonally.
Fall/Winter: August-January
Spring/Summer: March-July
*Regardless of season we will always accept luxury handbags, small leather goods and jewelry.

- NO appointment needed unless you have 20 or more items to present to us.
We prefer clothing brought in on hangers, freshly laundered, clean and current. Shoes must be clean and have zero to little wear. We will accept items folded neatly in paper or recycled shopping bags only. Items presented in garbage bags or cardboard boxes will be declined.

Here area few tips for successful consignment:

Please pre-inspect your items carefully.
- Is it in fashion? Would you still wear it? Then bring it in! If its "so-so" its a "no-no".
- Items must be "sales floor ready"; freshly laundered/dry-cleaned. Pressed and wrinkle free. We cannot accept wrinkled items. We do not steam.
- Stain/odor free. (this includes storage odors)
- All zippers, buttons or belts working and accounted for.
- Handbags and shoes wiped clean. For shoes -no toe marks on footbeds. Shoes need to be in like-new condition with very little to no heel wear.
- Check all pockets.

*Found is not currently accepting:
- Business suits or trousers.
- Swimwear or undergarmets (except Lululemon sport bras)
- Bridal or formal wear - aka, grad or prom. This also includes mother of bride/groom or bridesmaids dresses.
- Any item that has been altered or hemmed.
