Kitty was patient with me, informative, and not the least bit pushy. I was there to buy an office chair and she was helpful but gave me space to try things out myself. The warehouse worker was also very nice. Would definitely recommend others to come here for their home office needs.
I can't recommend Source Office Furniture enough. I had what's likely a low value and very small order compared to their corporate clientele. But despite that an amazing sales representative named Chief Wan has been so helpful. He reached out almost immediately I submitted an order online to set up delivery of an office chair. After delivery he was still amazing, he responded almost within minutes to an email I sent for a follow up inquiry.
Picked up an ergonomic chair here. Good selection and they honored a price discrepancy between their showroom and warehouse which is appreciated.
Supplier that also allows individual shoppers. They have a huge selection of comfortable office chairs, desks, and reception furniture, all new, and at a bargain price. Warehouse pickup located right behind the showroom.
I recently I had an issue with some Premiera Office Furniture. Not knowing exactly how to proceed I contacted Source Office Furniture/Performance Furnishings to ask for their assistance and help facilitate resolution with my situation. Inspite of being out of the standard warranty period Source Office Furniture/Performance Furnishings, specifically Dave Sponchia, responded quickly to my request and were able to resolve my problem to my expectations and satisfaction. Thank you again for your great customer service in regards to this matter!!

I had the pleasure of working with Karen Redmond from Source. Her attention to detail and exquisite furniture selection transformed the office into a functional, welcoming space which will withstand the test of time. All items were delivered on time and installed professionally.
I bought a chair from Source 5 years ago and lately the chair has started sinking every once in a while so very common in aging chairs. I called Source service center and I was told that I can bring the chair over and they will replace the gas cylinder at no cost as such parts are under warranty for 10 years. I showed up at the service center and they didn't even ask to see the receipt and replaced the cylinder on the spot with a new one. One of the foam arm rests was worn from use so they replaced the arm rest pair as well and didn't charge me for anything. I also spent some time at their show room looking for a desk and the sales representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. At all times the staff was really attentive, friendly and eager to help. This is how service should look like everywhere!
This was the only place we could find that would sell good quality office furniture at a normal price during the pandemic. Even better, their service is fantastic - I had a problem with a manufacturing defect in one of the chairs we bought no fault of Source! and they were extremely helpful in resolving it. We'll shop here every time we need office furniture.
