I have been dealing with the crew at NuGreen for a number of years. I have found the staff to be very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have gone above and beyond my expectations for friendly and quality service. I would like to personally thank the owners and Rob for helping me out of a jam more than once! Keep up the great work guys!!!

Friendly, hard-working, and knowledgeable people! Gave me leftover pavers from another job site for free rather than throw them out. They did something good for the environment and I got a lovely little pathway in my garden! I am happy and proud to support a solid, local small-business like this one!

This shop is terrible! Horrible customer service, Owner talked trash about their service technician behind his back to me on the phone…I have been using this shop for a few years great service from “Rob Zinck”, I needed a new saw “ Husqvarna 395” asked for a 36” bar and 2 ripping chains. I talked to “Rob” about the price all in including tax and double checked against the computer price…. “I don’t like surprises” when the saw came in there was an issue with the bar, they tried to up sell me on a cannon. When I refused the lady on the phone “ the owner” accused me of being cheap… she upped the price 160.00 overall and when I asked why the price was not the same as I was quoted, she began slandering “Rob” and called him a simple guy who only knows how to repair small engines and he has no business being at the front of the office…… in all my previous experience I have paid my invoices with rob at the cash…….. Poor customer service to throw another employee under the bus and insult the only service guy you have, behind his back! I will never return to this establishment.
