This place is a hidden gem. It is run by a family that works hard and are SO friendly. Everyday of the week has a daily special. I think they have the best fried clams in Nova Scotia! Their Friday special ft fried haddock and a bowl of clam chowder is truly is their specialty, it’s always packed.

I cannot believe I am last to know about this gem of a spot that has been around for eons. Just had such a great lunch there. Great atmosphere

Good old Mom and Pop establishment. Limited menu but the food is good. I wish they didn't deep fry their sausages...it seems so many places nowadays do this and sausages are always moist if done on a grill. Charming family establishment.

Always great food and they make you feel like family

I had the club sandwich. The chicken was excellent and obviously cooked in house, however the bacon was thin and had a weird flavour that wasn’t pleasant. My partner had a grilled cheese with bacon and it was sub par. Processed cheese and, of course, the same bacon. The fries were average and the Cole slaw was good.

Great food, great price, and a comfortable environment. Reminds me of the diner my folks would take me to as a kid. Awesome old school milkshakes!

Staff are friendly, food came quick and was reasonably priced. Great spot for a quick bite if you're in the neighbourhood.
