This is now just another McDoc in the box, albeit with some good Doctors. I needed my hypertension medication rx renewed, and was refused and abandoned by Dr John Nolte because I refused another unnecessary office visit (last visit was 3 months ago, with a full physical 3 months prior to that). I have little doubt that if I had spoke to him directly a different outcome would have occurred, but you wont get past the uneducated staff. I believe I will seek a doctor who is more attentive to his medical responsibility rather than his fiscal bottom line. Avoid this practice if you care about a personal Dr/patient relationship. I know both Dr Miriam and John Nolte (the owners) and when I worked with them at another clinic years ago, thought very highly of both. It is sad to see the equivalent of Master Chefs flipping burgers at McDonalds.
