Anchorage Foot & Ankle Clinic, LLC was recently purchased by Dr. Heather Kaufman. Many new changes to the clinic are on their way, all in an effort to make your visit more efficient and enjoyable. Though our looks may be changing, one thing that will stay the same is our dedication to providing the highest quality of service and care for our patients.

Stilettos, heals and fancy boots! I'm paying the price for wearing those in my 20's! I sure looked good, but my feet are destroyed to the point of days where I feel like I can't walk. Dr. Heather Kaufman has saved my feet! She's treated me for bunions, heal spurs and planter fasiasis (spelling?). I no longer have foot pain thanks to this state-of-the-art practice! Dr. Kaufman and staff are the greatest. I highly recommend them!!!

She is excellent and takes the time to listen to your concerns. She makes you feel comfortable and with some therapy and cortisol injections my feet feel so much better.

Google should add a 6th Star to describe Dr. Heather Kaufman!!! Personal, professional care from someone who is passionately concerned about her patients - Dr. Kaufman is the real deal and truly the consummate care-giver!

Dr Kaufman is an excellent clinician who uses a variety of the best recent additions to medicine- stem cells/regenerative tissues to address pain. Not the run-of-the- mill drugs and surgery push.

First I want to say Dr. Heather Kaufman was a wonderful doctor to me. She took time to explain things well, she made sure I had every piece of foot care item that exist in the market. She is excellent; but if you are a veteran or disabled veteran you must beware because her office staff is not pro-veteran. Most of what they do and how they treat you will show that they don't give a hoot about those who have sacrificed so much for this country. Please know that the staff will lie to you and tell you they have experience billing Choices, but they don't. They messed me up so many times with the VA, I received over 25 annoying letter from VA. They will have students taking multiple erroneous xrays of you and doing your intake, but deceive you to think one of the other seasoned staff will do it. Dont' fall for it. When you request an appointment, the staff will drop the ball and you will find out weeks later you don't have an appointment. They will fail to copy your documents properly, so the VA billing will be screwed up. The staff also will not listen to you. They will talk over you as if your concerns don't matter. I love Dr. Kaufman, but the staff was so bad, I had to move on to another doctor. My message to veterans, don't go there unless she changes her billing people and schedulers.
