Jimmy's Pizza Cafe

I've wanted to try this place for years, but today it was just okay. The woman behind the counter was really nice, and they offer a good variety of slices, not just the typical sausage/pepperoni. I ordered slices of meat lovers and signature white. The dough was good and chewy, but the toppings didn't have a lot of flavor. I'd eat here again, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

The pizza is great since their secret is no cheese and it's cold!!!!! Yea!!!!! Then when u offer to pay for the missing cheese they can't do it..... Great place

Legit NYC slices in Chicago? Crazzzzy! But in all seriousness, it's like as if a little pizza joint got picked up from the Big Apple and dropped off on the North side of Chicago. $10 for 2 slices and a pop is a great deal. The crust is light, holds it's weight, and has that classic NYC crispness to it. Toppings are fresh and of great quality. Highly recommended to curb your NYC slice cravings.

The Pepperoni and Jalapeno pizza well done is on point. Dining in house is preferred to get that straight out the oven experience. Otherwise when ordering delivery request that Tae deliver your order! He's fast and the food arrives still steaming! (:

The first time I went here I rated this place 5 stars for the nice taste, but now I'm changing it because of poor management. If you visit this place, expect most of the popular pizza flavors to be gone because the owners refuse to make another pizza until the first sells out of every slice. So that lady who ordered the last 2 slices of cheese just before you? Now you have to wait 15 min until another pizza comes out. This has happened to me numerous times as I live nearby. I give up on this place, new management is needed.
