Blueberry Hill Pancake House

Blueberry Hill sports an ample Breakfast menu with speedy service. It's family friendly with very nice decor. Despite the glut of Breakfast restaurants in the area, it STAYS crowded. Keep that into consideration for the parking availability, more so than a possible wait for seating.

I've absolutely had it with this location. The customer service has taken a nose dive, right along with the food preparation. When is it ever acceptable for hash browns that a customer requested to be crispy are served burnt? Imagine opening your to-go order and the only thing you smell and see is burnt food. The hash browns were inedible. I don't think that equates to being crispy or well down. The fact that you all found it appropriate to serve this speaks volumes of how you feel about your customers. Loyal customers at that. On top of this, the order was incomplete. My family was hungry and ready to eat, so making the trip back to your establishment would've been inconvenient and likely ineffective. I've been coming here for years, but clearly you've gotten too comfortable. Take more pride in yourselves and your customers. This is the basics.

Food was very good. Friendly service. We had the vegetarian skillet and apple pecan stuffed French toast. Both were made to order and delicious.

This place is great. The staff is soooo nice and the prices are reasonable. My husband and I love it because they have these amazing bacon waffles where they not only put real bacon bits on top of it but they also mix a lot of it into the waffle batter as well. It's soooo delicious. We are definitely coming back. This place is a must try.

The food is consistently delicious and the service is wonderful! The hostess knows me by name now and is always friendly.
