Needed to place a large 13 sandwich order but I had to pick it up by 10:30. The manager at the time was so helpful and said opening 30 minutes early was not a problem at all. I get there and they had everything ready to go and in a box 5 minutes before 10:30. Very impressed and outstanding customer service.

Never had a bad experience with this location.  Sandwiches are always exactly how we ordered them.

Staff are excellent, but this store is consistently week after week out of various meats! I don't have this problem at any other Jimmy John's.
