At the Village Butcher Shoppe, we pride ourselves in offering an "Old World Style Meat Market" to the community. Our specialty is the production of sausage and products using old world recipes that offer a bold taste. We have been in business serving the local Milford, Highland and Surrounding Communities for over 34 years.


First and foremost, we strive to present the most helpful and friendliest
customer service we can, providing only the best selection and
cuts of meat possible, while giving our customers that small-town feel
they love so much!



At the Village Butcher Shoppe...

Make over 50 types of OUR OWN sausages from recipes created and
refined by the butcher himself

The butcher can also cut ANY MEAT YOU WANT AT ANY THICKNESS,
ANYTIME! Our meat is Choice or Prime!

Have a DELI with a variety of cheeses, meats, and HOMEMADE favorites
& prepare DELI TRAYS for events and parties

Have our own SMOKE-HOUSE for sausage, fish and other meats

Bake loafs of fresh bread and bread sticks daily

Offer a large variety of SEAFOOD in our back freezer and can also get it
in fresh upon request

Sell GROCERIES from other LOCAL BUSINESSES such as cookies, bread,
ice-cream, milk and other dairy products, which we get in multiple
times a week!

CAN'T FIND WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR STORE?
We only have so much space, so if you are looking for something specific that you don't see in the front part of the store, chances are that we 1) have it in our cooler or freezer located in the back or 2) can order whatever you need within TEN DAYS!


ORDERING
Having the family over this holiday season or just need to get a lot of food? Feel free to place an order for pick up and we will have it ready as soon as you arrive! We can also freeze our meats (upon request) if you have a long distance to travel. Common food orders include; our homemade holiday hams, dearborn hams, prime rib roasts, or any large quantity of meat from our counter!

Bring in your deboned, hairless VENISON to be processed into sausage! With a minimum of 12.5 lbs of venison you can choose from any of the following:

Fresh Polish Sausage
Fresh Italian Sausage
Breakfast Bulk Sausage
Breakfast Link Sausage
Smoked Polish
Bun Size Cheddar Brats
Hunters (Regular)
Hunters (Medium)
Hunters (Hot)

Grind Only (Bulk Bags!!)
