Tim Hortons

I ordered several breakfast sandwiches. Broken egg shields in one of the wraps my two year old grandson got this. Wrong meat placed on one of the sandwiches I ordered two sausage wraps but got one with bacon . My muffin sandwich see picture was thrown in the bag with the muffin part ripped up. Terrible experience! I gave 1 star for the atmosphere because the parking lot potholes are large and you can't avoid them there are so many. This will result in damage to cars eventually, if it hasn't already.

If they're not going to open the building for inside ordering/eating, then maybe they should think about actually staffing the drive-thru. And it wouldn't hurt to trim a few weeds, pick up some trash, or spend 5 minutes making the outside look like less of a dump. Unless "dump" is the look Tim Horton was going for, in which case they've really nailed it.

Staff supper friendly, but the place looks so sad and old. We only had coffee and donuts.

The guy at the window said they dont have any food ready 11:22 and they said lunch starts at 11 then the window lady had an attitude when asking what tine can we get lunch and continued to say we dont know and shut the window. All the workers seem like there on drugs every morning and afternoonFood: 1/5

Good food and service but the place looks like a dump, you can barely see the screen because of the 5 foot high weeds growing in the way. The place looks abandoned and I didn’t even know if it was still operating until I checked google maps. Serious landscaping needs to happen as it looks ghetto right now.

I am not one to complain a lot. Today is a different story. Both food and coffee was a disappointment. Staff was friendly, but the quality of the food is not up to Tim Hortons standards. Looking at the reviews posted recently, I am not the only one who has an issue with this location. If you work at this location and are reading my comment, please share my review with your management. This problem need to be fixed quickly. This location is bringing down the Tim Hortons brand.

I asked for hash browns they even asked me back if I wanted them they charged me for them yet no hash browns and no time to go back for them. Guess they like low ratings nothing worse when your looking forward to something only to find out it's not in the bag. SMH shouldn't be that hard to read the screen and put it in the bag.

They have a Friendly Staff and Clean store. Their issue is they are VERY often out of stock of basic menu items. For example, the most recent outage... they out of Eggs for over a week. They are also almost always out of Chili and other menu items by mid day. not sure the problem, but a huge waste of time being stuck in a Drive through for 5 minutes you can't escape from only to find out they are always out of the basics and this is a trend I have seen for years there. I would avoid them. Reading through previous recent reviews, notice the same complaints- out of stock. Update: 8/16/2022 Nothing has changed... still a friendly staff, but unfortunately VERY often they are OUT of key food items. Today went for lunch and they were all out of both Beef and Chicken...

Online it says opens at 5. I got here at 615 and they are not open. The least they could do is update their hours. Every other Tim Hortons Ive been to has. I understand that things are different with staffing and the pandemic, but be courteous and update your hours.

I have been going to this store since it opened. The quality of the products now compared to what it used to be is off the charts. I waited in the long, slow drive thru only line no inside store sales to buy 2 chocolate covered donuts. When I got home I had one donut stuck to the bottom of the bag, and the other was stuck to the napkin they shoved in there. The donuts were not fresh, even though it was only 10:30 A.M. If it weren't for the long slow lines in the drive thru, I would have gone back for an exchange or refund. I'm done going to this location. I'm going to take advantage of the Dunkin Donut coupons that just came in the mail and give them a try. Anything has got to be better than the products I've been getting at the Milford Tim Horton Location lately. The Wendy's that share the building has already closed.....Won't be long before Tim's is closed if they don't start getting things right!
