I wish I were exaggerating when I say this, but unfortunately there is not one time I have been here when they actually got my order right. Something is either always missing if going through drive thru or incorrect. It also always seems like they are ‘out’ of things. One time they were completely out of French fries?? Before COVID. The only reason I give it 2 stars instead of 1 is because, sadly, it is to be expected at chain fast food restaurants, and shame on me for going back to this one knowing It will be disappointing. But if you are craving Wendy’s, the one in Franklin is worth the drive. They have never screwed up our order.
Customer service are on point. The food are always hot and delicious. If my fries are cold, they will fix it with no problem. They understand their buyers and perform good services.Food: 5/5
Everything from the amount of lettuce on your rubbery “crispy” chicken, the one pickle on your burger that did Not taste right either, fries were cold. Even the sprite was horrible! Lastly, while waiting longer than I should’ve been, they didn’t even acknowledge me just blank stares while they talked to each other in Spanish. This was around 4-5 pm on a Wednesday when there was nobody in front of me in line too so there’s no reason they couldn’t have at least greeted me never mind served me half decent food. Never going to Wendy’s again.
I went to DoorDash specifically told Wendy’s have one extra hot sauce With my chili cause they normally offer you it of course they did not give me any hot sauce at all what are inconvenienced because I think that chilly isn’t worth eating without the hot sauce very bad customer service
Bourbon Burger was good but Bourbon sauce is cloyingly sweet, fries were fresh and great but needed Salt.

First time I'm compelled to write a review for a fast-food restaurant. The young man working the register Sunday Oct. 16th afternoon could deliver a Master's-level course in customer service. I didn't get his name, but I recall that 1 lens on his glasses was broken. My kid and I both came away thinking we were genuinely appreciated and we noticed his effort to actually try to make us happy, while very capably juggling a lot of other customers.
The women at the drive through was talking on her phone and she forgot our chicken nuggets as well as giving us the person order behind us
When it's good, it's fine. When it's bad, it's really bad. If you try to give every detail of an order through the drive through, they'll either get it wrong or have to run back through it piece by piece anyway. But if you wait to be prompted for details, they'll skip or forget them and then just assume. Got to the window today to find out they assumed the size of the meal and ended up getting charged $5 and some change to fix it? Pretty sure that's generally twice the price of swapping from a single burger to a triple, and I just wanted the larger drink with a chicken sandwich combo. No receipt provided as well, which was nice. I've weathered the inconsistency in the past for the convenience of the location but probably not anymore. If you're desperate, just hope they're having a good day I guess.
Reliably good clean setting and french fries are on point everytime. We often come here when coming home from the cape and islands. Easy access from 495Food: 5/5
