One of the nicest Popeyes locations I’ve been to. The employees were polite and my order came out quickly. The order was accurate and the food was fresh and hot. The restaurant was quite clean as well.Recommended dishesCajun Rice, Fried Chicken
The food doesn't taste the same. New owners I think. Wouldn't go back, the drive through attendant does speak good English we couldn't really understand each other. I hope they get back on point because it is hard to mess up chicken.Food: 1/5
The fried chicken is so good! I like the friendly workers, they also give me my food quickly. I give this a 5 star review. & Also, You should try their fried chicken!!! Especially with Popeye's Ranch & A soda. I also had their biscuits & fries. The most best Popeye's in Connecticut!!! :
I have completely had to change my review of this location. 1. If you place an online order they will not start to prepare your order UNTIL you arrive in the store and ask for it 2. I had to wait in the store for 45 minutes for my order to be prepared while they served walk-in customers. 3. The chicken was half cooked and I had to throw it away. A message was sent to the corporate office. This store used to be amazing but has gone downhill over the last year.
Best experience I've had at this location. Usually the food isn't fresh and service isn't what I'd call friendly. But this most recent visit the staff was pleasant and the food was hot and fresh. Hopefully they'll maintain that level of quality and service.Food: 4/5

I asked for the blackened chicken sandwich, not spicy they gave me spicy also a three-piece with two legs and a thigh. I got two thighs and one leg. I don’t understand what is going on. I don’t know what happened to Popeyes but it’s going downhill and I will not be back at this location.
