ZERO STARS!  I ordered 2 separate orders within 5 minutes of each other and the SECOND ORDER got here FIRST after waiting an HOUR. When I called, the manager said the delivery person had 3 orders.... 1. Why separate the 2 orders I made if they're were ordered within 5 minutes of each other AND going to the SAME place. 2. It does not take an HOUR to make 3 deliveries.  Y'all need to do A LOT better.

I ordered at 6:04 food arrived at 6:40. Faster than most places. The delivery driver followed instructions perfectly. Only thing is I like ALOT of dressing so I ordered extra but it’s still not enough. Next time I know to put emphasis on extra!

This place is NEVER fast. I keep giving them chances. Each time the wait time just gets longer and longer. I usually have to wait two hours to get my food. It's a good thing I was at work. I had to cancel twice because I had to go to class.

I ordered from here because I have a busy day in the office and could not leave for lunch. It has been 1 hour and 15 minutes and I still have not received my sandwich. I called 30 minutes ago and they said my sandwich left the building. I just googled the distance and it is a 3 minute drive. Now I know never to order from here if I need a quick lunch in my office.

Updated: Ordered at 1:00, Received at 2:45. They said it left the store at 1:45. Opened it up and it was so soggy. I threw it in the trash.

Horrible workers. I ordered at the store, there were only 2 other people in there and my order took so long for them to make, plus they made the other ones before mine. While I was eating there one of the workers kept trying to talk to me and ask me innapropriate things like where "my man" was at. I avoided him the whole time but he kept saying random things to try and get my attention. I've always liked the food from Jimmy John's but I will never be going back to this location. I didn't feel comfortable at all.
