Messed my order up a few time. They're slow took an hour and a half one time. Then they're rude. I will never go therw again.

We're a 7 minute drive to this location. From time of ordering to delivery was 1.5hrs.. had to call twice only to get rude response from the "manager". I could have walked there, ordered and walked back in less time.

Friendly service at this location. Young staff is refreshingly professional. Best chain sub shop around.

Every weekend we order jimmy john and I found hair and I told them and all they did was gave me a gift card(it happened twice). We order two vegetarian sub and it took 45mins them to deliver it and my husband told me don't give him a tip so I didn't and he would not leave. He was expecting tip from us like he did such a good job.
