Last several times, I have gone the kids working say they are closed. They close at random times. Went at 6:30pm tonight. Have also gone before 6pm and 5 pm and told they are closed when I walk in and sign says open. The kid working said he must have not shut the sign off yet. Doors are unlocked as well. Happened last few times I tried going. Do better! I agree with others that this is not the way to do business. If you are "open" until 7pm DO NOT turn off ovens etc an hour before that time. Shut them off at 7pm. Please also address the rude teenagers who work there who seem irritated by needing to talk to customers. Saw someone try to go in after me as well. Definitely not an isolated incident. I will go elsewhere, which is what happens when you turn people away well before "close."
Haven't been to a Quiznos since I lived in California 7+ years ago and back then, I didn't like it very much, and had actually added it to my very small "do not like" list. But tonight, while traveling, my husband suggested we stop and eat here. So, I thought I'd give it another shot and I'm so glad we did! Although the businesses around this specific location seem to be a bit rundown didn't even know Kmart was still in business!, this location was decently maintained. What really got me though, was the customer service and the food. Both employees stopped what they were doing cleaning to help make our meals - even making suggestions on what we might like. A warm sandwich was very welcome on a night that got chilly enough to need a light sweater which of course I forgot! Super fast service, quality and delicious food, and courteous employees. Highly recommended!
Excellent food but half the time when I try to eat there the Oconomowoc location will be randomly closed for no reason. Google will say “open” but I’ll drive 20 minutes for a sandwich and they’ll be closed. Get it together and find some decent help. UPDATE: Has been open normal hours and staffed recently. I eat there often and as long as they stay open normal hours they’re good.
The food is good, but the staff is the most impressive, polite and helpful. My wife and I stop there on 9-28-17. Around lunch time. I telling you I can't say enough about the staff at this Quiznos. My visit was perfect!!!!
This single star is because I am disapointed in the management of this store for allowing the air conditioning to remain inoperable. Today it was 88° and 55% humidity inside the store at 8pm. I was only in for a few minutes and I was already starting to sweat, very uncomfortable. I feel bad for the employees who are working back by the ovens... I understand that things happen, however I come here all the time and to my knowledge it has been this way for about 2 months now. Please take care of your employees.
Great to see this Quiznos is still around. I love their Italian and its awesome its only $5 on Fridays. They have some pretty young people in there working which is awesome to see, you might just need a bit extra patience, they're learning. Great food, great price, great franchise.
One of the only Quiznos left in the area, and for good reason why. The franchise owner seems to know how to bring together great people and excellent ingredients to re-create the Quiznos experience flawlessly time and time again. Order the Peppercorn Steak sub with sauteed onions, you will NOT regret it.
Such rude staff I will not return. I wanted to order a kids meal because I was not that hungry and one of the employees said that I was not 12 so I cannot order a kids meal. Which would have been fine but no where was it posted that there was an age limit to who could order a kids menu. I will not be returning to Quiznos again. I much prefer cousins or subway where they aren't ageist.
Every time I come here, the teenage workers are just hang out outside the store with their friends all afternoon long and roll their eyes when you walk in TO DO BUISNESS with them . I can tell there is a clear lack of training. It's WORK not a hang out time. Very rude.
