Called store to order delivery. Jet bots said order would be faster to use so I tried it. Took over 15 mins and made me miss the delivery window which I would of made had they not adapted a automated system that is slower then the post office. Picture was my last order of extra pepperoni...time to move on from Jets!
Stay away from this place! They don't care about you AT ALL. Not to mention, if you order extra cheese, they'll surely take your money but ignore your request, even if you leave it in the notes or call it in. This is how my pizza came and I called them 4x, emailed a handful of times, posted on their Facebook page, wrote the Facebook page, filed a complaint through the website 2x, and followed the link for another complaint that I received. It's been about a month and no one has reached out to me. All I wanted was this pizza replaced because it was inedible, and that was $30! But no one cares-not corporate and not this location. They don't deserve your business!
We had a delivery made to the USS Silversides museum on Fri. 1/20 around 6:15 and just wanted to say how nice the delivery guy was. He was so friendly, and even though we offered to take the order from him at his car since we were already outside, he was like oh no no I can bring it inside for you guys no problem. Also, the lady who took our order earlier that day was also patient with me. I had placed the order and was about to give her my C/C # when I decided to change the order on her. I felt bad for doing that, but instead of her getting all upset, which seems to be the norm these days, she backed out my order and changed it for me.
Don’t be so critical of new hires. I was helped by a nice young woman who was also busy cleaning. I ordered two slices and some jabroni came out all flustered because he didn’t have any slices ready at 8pm on a Saturday. This dude had the audacity to blame the new person for his own failing right in front of her. Girl if you are reading this you can find a better job, that place is toxic.
I spent 10 minutes trying to talk to their "smart" phone system only for it to hang up on me. I then texted my order 24 minutes before they closed only to get a message saying they stopped taking orders 25 minutes before they closed. If they answered the phone like a normal business I would have been able to order food.
Delicious pizza , incomplete order. I ordered turbo crust, only got Parmesan. Kind of a bummer, but pizza is still good. Would’ve been better with turbo crust that I ordered.
Best Detroit Style Deep Dish around...I recommend the Super Special!Food: 5/5
I have visited Jets once, however, I do use their delivery service. I find that Jets quality still holds true in taste and service.

I ordered a thin crust CBR, worst pizza l ever tried, dry bc whatever ranch sauce was put on dried up during baking! Taste like cardboard, little weird pieces of chicken on it- rubbery-- returned it after ONE BITE - MGR let me order a different pizza, tried the Hawaiian, just ok, will never go back there!! Sticking to Dominos, Glenside Pub & Scribs, way better!!! Also, l called it in & l still had to wait in a long line that was slow, very sorry l ever thought about trying it bc l was curious after seeing all the commercials, WHAT A RIP OFF & FALSE ADVERTISING, LOOKS ARE DECEIVING SO BEWARE!
