Soooo…normally y’all are great! But when my husband orders a CBR SUB chicken, BACON, ranch we expect BACON. Now, my phone # was on the order and my email…..you couldn’t call and say “hey, we’re outta BACON, do you want us to make that sub still? Or make a different one?” FOR REAL?!?!? Appreciate the CR worth of the effort but come on guys, now we’re both not eating tonight. ADVICE!!! JUST CALL YOUR ORDER IN!!!
This is a really good if you want a quick bite to eat or if you want something that's good for the soul. You can get cold subs, hot subs I personally recommend the manicotti. The garlic bread is phenomenal, the pizza crust is something different not like the norm. They just moved into a new facility so I'm sure the atmosphere will be pleasing. The boys that work at the restaurant are always very polite and helpful make sure you tip if you can.
Ordered a meat lovers. Service was fine but the food was NASTY. I did not taste a grain of salt or any other seasonings, maybe it was because all I could taste was sugar. I'm new to the area and was intrigued by the positive reviews, but I guess I have a different pallet than the average Michigander. Just kinda disappointed considering the price.
I ordered a simple large pizza, half green pepper, well done. What I got, was barely a few diced green peppers, on maybe 1/3 of the pizza, something black and ashy looking, covering two slices, and looked as if they pulled it out, halfway into baking. I had to "finish cooking it", myself, when I got home, and seen that they had ignored my basic order instructions, of "well done" and barely put any of the green pepper topping I had requested on it, even when I left a generous tip, when I pre-paid, for my first... and last pizza, from Lombardo's. Even after being properly cooked, it was still like a Little Caesar's Pizza, but double the price. Mr. Lombardo, would be ashamed of the pizza, this place produces.
Absolutely fantastic pizza! Everything is authentic and made from scratch, something the other chain pizza places can't say. Tried out the stromboli this time and it was a small, and it was huge!! Loaded with toppings and lots of cheese and sauce. Loved every bite. Try them and you won't be disappointed!
Great lunchtime specials and quality real feel Sicilian pizza. Literally tried almost every pizza parlor in West Michigan until we found Lombardo's
Pizza was good. Pasta dish was good. Disappointed with the limited menu wanted a few items they currently are not making. I'm well versed in the pizza industry so I completely understand however some of these items can easily be made to order at no extra cost/product.
I'm moving lombardo's to #1 on my pizza place list. I don't know if it's because the sauce is so good, because the crust is absolutely delicious or because the toppings are plentiful and top notch. Probably a combination of all of those things make this the best pizza I've ever had. They have definitely redeemed themselves with this pizza that I got tonight. Great job Lombardo's crew job, well done!

Great pizza and the guys inside are friendly and get things done as quickly as they can. I have not had a bad pie from here.
