I find the service to be a breath of fresh air , it's nice to deal with people that know what they are talking about AND have a sense of humor in todays overly sterilized retail market.

These folks are brutally rude and abrupt to the point of being funny. Funny except that I'll never ever go anywhere near that store again. I would much rather drive further and pay more. Ive heard from several people in the meantime that feel the same way. if you hate your job and it sucks being there, may I suggest; do something else. I just started going there at the advice of a friend and I quickly dumped $4 k on new boots, roof racks, seat covers and running boards. Then I ordered fender flares. I called on my installation date and asked a simple question; "are you busy...any chance I could come in early?" The guys answer was quick and angry and sarcastic.."yea, as long as everyone else goes home". Pardon? Yea as long as everyone else goes home. So..? NO. NO. NO ya can't come early. Haha. I hope that angry sarcastic unecessary comment felt satisfying. It was kind of funny. Honestly I couldn't believe what I was hearing. But the point was well made. It would have been so much quicker to say; "sorry dude, we're really busy". Yep. I left the stuff I ordered right there and I won't be back. It's a couple of hundred bucks cheaper on Amazon but I will miss the comedy and abuse.
