Tim Hortons

This is by far the best Tim Hortons to go to! I've always had great experiences at this location. I come to this Tim Hortons at least once a day. The staff are always so friendly & if they happen make a mistake (which happens, because we are all human) they fix it and go above and beyond. When it gets busy I've seen the managers & even the owner on the floor serving customers. Staff here don't get as much credit as the should.. the lobby person does an absolutely fantastic job at keeping the store clean and tidy. The staff really do work as quick as they can to serve and keep their customers happy. Keep up the amazing work guys.

My wife and I were BLOWN AWAY by how clean this Tim Hortons was. The bathrooms were so clean you could eat off the bathroom floor (although I wouldn’t) and by far were the cleanest bathrooms we have ever been in for a restaurant. Koodoos to the management and staff for that honour. To top it all off, the young lady who served my son and I gave the BEST service I have ever gotten from a Tim Hortons and was amazing. The food was hot and fresh and I would recommend this place to anyone. Great job!!!

Hostile environment. Patronizing employees, including Supervisors and Managers. I was a little slow making up my mind; it doesn't mean that the suggestion I "should know what I want before I get here", should be acceptable. Discourteous. Slow. Very negative. Kyla (sp?) for example. Also, Lindsey and Kheri-Anne.

Hardworking staff who go completely out of their way to make sure everyone enjoys their experience. Kudos to this great team of people who work together...
