Terrible Customer Service and they overcharged my wife based on the original quote over the phone. Will not be going back to these guys! I ordered a tire from this shop after getting a quote and they told me they would call me when it arrived within a couple of days......a week and a half later I called to follow up and they had the tire but decided not to call me for some reason. The second person I talked to on the phone after originally ordering the tire had a terrible attitude. My wife took the car in to have the tire replaced and the sales rep grilled her with questions as to why she was only replacing one tire (trying to up-sell her) and apparently he also was not very pleasant to talk to, probably the same guy I talked to on the phone. To top it off and what really ticked me off is they charged my wife more than what they originally quoted me on the phone!!!! Stay away from this shop and take your vehicle someplace else.
