I recently had the pleasure of visiting this LCBO location, and I must say, it's now my go-to spot for all things liquor, wine, and beer. Walking in, I was immediately impressed by the vast selection they offer. Whether you're looking for a rare whiskey, a fine wine, or craft beer, they seem to have it all. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff. From the moment I stepped foot in the store, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm to assist me. The staff members were incredibly knowledgeable about their products and were more than happy to provide recommendations based on my preferences. Not only did they help me find exactly what I was looking for, but they also introduced me to some new labels I hadn't tried before. Their friendly demeanor and eagerness to help made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Overall, this LCBO offers not only an extensive selection of libations but also top-notch customer service that keeps me coming back time and time again.

Went in with a friend to buy 6 cans and i had a friend help me hold 3 of them because my hands were too full walking up to pay. She asked for my ID and i obviously gave it to her. she then asked for my friends ID knowing i was the one buying and he didn’t bring an ID because he wasn’t the one drinking. he said he didn’t have his ID and she proceeded to tell me that she refuses to serve me and that i had to leave. never going there again lol

Customer service at this store has always been excellent. However shopping in your store yesterday, difficult to rate your cashier as excellent. Perhaps the fellow should try to look pleasant. Placed my item on check out counter and was told to put it at opposite end where normally would pick up after transaction completed. Guess have changed your system.

Walked in and tried to buy 6 cans of the bourbon sour 355ml. The woman working cashier refused to serve me for no reason even though i’m legal to buy lol. Place kinda sucks just like the one employee. Last time i’ll go there.

Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. The worst LCBO ever! Better off going to your local convenience store.
