Jasmine Chinese Food

I remember seeing this place years ago and never tried it until today. It’s literally tucked in the corner of the second above the main food court area. It’s not bad for what it is and what it cost, but the lady behind the counter definitely could’ve at least seemed like she wanted your business. Food wise, pretty average without much flavour, not like I expected a whole lot. Tasted like it’s been sitting there since morning prep. I would probably go earlier in the day tho.

Has been around for ages, one of the better Chinese joints, reasonable price and great taste. I usually go for their 3 item combo rice / noodle + any 2 items from the hot plate. You can also order some classic dishes and soup that's made to order.

Jasmine Chinese Food tastes what I love about cooking: wonderful tastes, healthy choices; variety and tender loving care . I called 10 minutes before they closed and they were polite and the food was fresh, hot and tasty. Old favorites like fried rice are made with a nice balance, almost garnish, of raw veggies. They don't cut corners here, each vegetable is cut to a different shape and size for each dish. The veggies are also cooked to a perfect degree so they provide more nutrients and a very satisfying crunch.

Great Price, very generous portions! You have the option of ordering something off the menu but I've never done that. I've always gotten something off the hot table. The amount you get in 1 container is more than enough for 1 person. If your a light eater, it could easily be enough for 2 meals. They do not skimp on the portions.

Great take out Chinese food, from a hot table or cooked fresh. Curry Chicken is my favourite. UPDATE: I think it has a new owner and cook. The quality of the food went down and the prices went up.

Only good if you get the food hot. Most items on the "steam tray" are ice cold. I put steam tray in quotes because I once noticed that there was zero water in the bottom of the tray, which is how the damn machine operates. They have no knowledge of how the thing works. Would be 4 stars if the food was hot.

Best chicken balls and chicken wings. Having a craving for fake Chinese food? This take out restaurant is the best. Try the egg rolls and Shanghai noodles as well.

One of the oldest surviving stores in this community mall. Best known for Singaporean Noodles and Ma Po Tofu Rice for the more authentic Chinese options.

Really good. Plenty of food on the 3 item. Ran into the place by mistake. Happy we did.

There food was stale and old. The food didn't have much flavour either.
