They forged my signature on a car proof they didn't show me. I found out after they finished the deal when I searched the vin that the car had a 17000$ claim but they promised me the carproof was clean. Now 6 months later I am still fighting this contract. This is not a trustworthy business. They forged me signature and are still trying I make me pay for it. Be careful people. Seriously, life has been stressful lately. Don't trust these people.

Purchased a 2013 ram from them then 6 months later it began to rust and also came with 4 different tires, there trade in value was terrible, they added extended warranties to my new vehicle that was 4,000$ warrenty ended two months later, I have had my car for two years now and wanted a trade in my car is in mint condition they refused to do a trade in, they're rude, my car with everything said and done ended up being 68k, any one I've spoke to and seeing the bill of sale said I've been took for and should and will be contacting better business burau. My recommendation is to NOT deal with crossline as they come across as scam artists.

Bought a truck from them , went to go use 4x4 and it didnt work , and then entire breaking system fail, put 10,000kms on it and they refuse to fix the 5,000$ bill under the warranty they sold me . My truck has now been sitting at their shop for over 2 weeks. Tried getting a loaner vehicle from them and they refuse to call me back , i am now missing out on work and expected to pay for the damages and soon possibly lose me job.Do not buy from these crooks as the mechanics do not inspect the vehicles properly and the sales people do not return calls and give you the run around.Worst experience ever

Everything that was promised was delivered I got the best deal ever. All the staff I met were amazing, the finance manager got me approved with 0 down and 3.99% when other dealers could only get me 7.9% would defineately recommend to anyone in the market. Purchased Dodge Ram 2500 over the internet. Staff was pleasant and quick to resolve any questions. Met me half way between Edmonton and home to exchange vehicles. had a good purchasing exp here. For a used lot it had alot to offer and pricing happens to be lower. my guess is that a smaller lot has less overhead therefor are able to competitively price their vehicles. cant complain! still driving!

Found a truck posted on kijiji. Phoned about the truck. Was sent to the west edmonton location to look at it. Almost got there, and was then phoned and told it was at the Fort Road location. Drove all the way back across the city, only to find the truck was sold 2 days before. Wasted an hour of my time.

Went above and beyond to get me into a newer car. And even now that I bought the car, they still respond to any questions I might have about the car or financing. Definitely recommend.
