I called in and talked with Jake about a vehicle on their website. I had a few questions related to it and he was very quick to find the answers and confirm everything for me. We made the deal happen over the course of a few days and when I flew there to pick it up it was exactly as shown and described. The process was very quick in person and Jake even drove me to the registration office to get a travel permit. Overall my experience was a 4.95 as I did fly in and as they are an outlet don't offer any taxi voucher or shuttle pick up. It wasn't a big deal but small gesture like that so add up.

I had a WONDERFUL experience purchasing a used vehicle at the Go Auto Yellowhead, The process was stress free and pleasant all thanks to Moe, Faouzi & Belal they all the went above and beyond for me! My girlfriend & I came to this dealership and made an appointment with Yohannis to try and get her into a truck, she immediately fell in love with the first vehicle he showed us, he guessed perfectly. I was so impressed with the overall service and care that the very next weekend my 2 brothers and I all came back to get new vehicles of our own, Yohannis executed the whole thing perfectly and gave us all vehicles that match us perfectly. Will definitely be recommending Yohannis to anyone that is looking for a new ride!

Honestly, little disappointed. This was my first time financing a vehicle on my own. Loved the car and salesman Macky was helpful enough, but after driving the car a few hours I found there was a chip in the windshield covered by their unit sticker so I didn’t see it during test drive. Also discovered that the sunroof cover got stuck in the track and doesn’t close all the way. When I spoke to the sales manager, Mike, he said he would “talk to the service bay and call me back next day.” He didn’t call me. I had to call him. Then he tells me he can replace the windshield but I’m on my own for the sunroof cover. Now I’ve also just discovered that one of the rear heated seats doesn’t work. This is all within 24hrs of purchase. And to top it off, they left the service with an oil change due in 15 days. Moral of my story, make sure you check EVERYTHING during test drive. Front, back, outside and in. They WILL NOT disclose any flaws and you will be left on your own to fix it. I don’t think it’s unfair that when I spend tens of thousands of dollars on a vehicle, I expect all the features to work. CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE SIGNING PAPERS OR THEY ARE LESS THAN HELPFUL AFTER.

I live out of the city so, I called in and spoke with Shannen, her and the team, Mike and Alex went above and beyond to find the vehicle that was perfect me. By doing everything over the phone, I didn’t have to come in and spend hours shopping. Once everything was completed, I only needed to come in, sign the paperwork and drive off in my new vehicle. The team is perfect as the vehicle they picked out for me. I highly recommend shopping here.

Faouzi was incredible and got me into a vehicle just perfect for me! Would highly recommend going to go auto outlet and would definitely buy from them again! My only concern was the Finance manager trying to talk me into a $5000 warranty after telling me it was in my agreed upon final price. A bit questionable on his part but after a few hard declines he stopped. Other than that Faouzi was an excellent salesman and helped me find a great car which I will have for many years to come! Much appreciated for the help from the go auto outlet staff! I even asked to have balloons on the car as it is my first vehicle and super exciting and the staff made sure I had them and made it super fun for me. So cute! A very overall positive experience!
