Love this place and their use of high quality ingredients. Sandwiches are great and change often. The breakfast sandwich is so delicious. Their pizza is super tasty too. Salads are fresh and flavorful, especially the Thai. Their baked good are amazing too, especially their fruit scone. Everything I’ve had has been wonderful, you can feel the love. They have heaters outside so you can bring Fido. Can’t wait until the bread is back.
So happy we finally made our way over and got to enjoy this most pleasant and wonderful place. The staff are so sweet and every single one of them seems so happy to be there and help with any needs. The atmosphere is uplifting and joyful and it matches their menu. Local ingredients turned into heavenly bites. A must go if you’re ever in bend!
Jackson’s corner is a unique blend of a drink/snack store and restaurant. We ate breakfast here and everything was delicious. The ingredients tasted very fresh and high quality. The cinnamon rolls in particular were delightful. It’s also a great place for dinner with unique recipes for wood fired pizzas.
I’ve gone here twice now and it’s been solid every time. Probably the best food in Bend. The honey pie pizza and steak sandwich are delicious and addicting, super savory. The bread in the bread and butter plate had great flavor. Wish I came here early on my trip. The staff is also fantastic!
Finally, I had a chance to try out a Bend local staple as a local at Jackson's Corner. Had a Thursday 12:30 lunch appointment, while the place was busy and bustling. There seemed to be this very consistent ebb and flow that proved effective We were waiting on my wife to meet us but made it to the register just before she arrived and the waitress was nice enough to place an order for us to get "caught up". The food was fresh, bright and delicious Plan to order at the register, listen to the cashier where to sit, and your trip will go much smoother! I would definitely recommend Jackson's Corner and will be back to follow up! Hot tip there is 4 hour parking not far Parking: West of Jackson's Corner towards the river there is plenty of 4 hour parking
We waited 1-1.3 hours in line waiting to order and be seated there were many open tables including the one we got so it wasn't a space issue. They took our name down after we got in line and told us 30 min and that they will come around and serve drinks in line except for coffee which you had to go in another door to get for some reason but I don't know why the line to just past the door took that long to take orders for. We got our food 1 hour and 40 minutes after we arrived. The food and coffee was good, no problem there, but the wait to order was ridiculous.
Came here for both dinner and breakfast. Staff is excellent, despite being very popular they recalled our prior visit. The food is excellent - the best ingredients. The pizza was great they use the best flour, breakfast of huevos rancheros is perfect. Skip the hassle of downtown, eat here.
This place is a great restaurant to get some yummy food, enjoy friendly staff, chill out in a beautiful ambience and make the best use of your time. We had the creamy Tomato soup, mixed greens Salad and the Huevos Ranchero. The food was quite delicious. They have a wide variety of yummy stuff to pick from. They even have Gelato, cookies, other bakery items and ready to go sandwiches that you can pick from if you don't want to wait much. Overall, definitely recommend this place.
When visiting bend we decided to stop here for breakfast on our last day because it was highly recommended. I will say the environment is nice, staff is super friendly and I’m a fan of the large dining tables and open visible kitchen concept. My wife and I got the huevos rancheros, a breakfast cocktail, two coffees and a mixed fruit scone. The mixed fruit scone was good but I found it to be a little heavy with ginger. The coffee and cocktails were great. As far as the huevos rancheros I was not a fan. My wife enjoyed them but I was honestly disappointed. Could barely taste the chorizo, even tho the black beans were cooked perfectly there were way to many of them. The thing that really set me off was the over powering vinegar taste in the salsa verde. If you even got a little bit of it in your bite, it completely over powered the dish. All I could taste was vinegar and beans. I was not able to finish this because of that. Maybe I got a bad batch idk. The other couple we were with got the breakfast sampler and a cinnamon roll and they said it was amazing. With that being said if your looking for something different with bold flavors I would recommend checking this place out.
A reliable and great Bend staple no matter if you come for breakfast or dinner. Highly recommend the Honey Pie pizza, it is the best. Also their maple cardamom latte in the winter is just devine. The last time I was in we tried the new Meatball pie.. the flavors of everything were very good but it was one of the greasiest pizzas ive ver had.
