Um… yup. Best sandwich. Ever. I just wish I didn’t live so far away, I’d be back here all the time. I had the Albuquerque. The chipotle mayo is sweet and spicy, yum!!! I also great appreciate two things… 1. Crispy bacon! It is not often you find really crispy bacon on an sandwich! 2. They salt and peppered the tomato. I typically dislike tomatoes on my sandwich… but they not only season them, but use incredible fresh, sweet and delicious tomatoes! Also, did I mention they are HUGE!!!

The best sandwiches you'll find in Bend without a doubt. Start with the Italian and then try out the secret menu by ordering a 'BBQ' Ranch Hand. If you're very fortunate they'll be serving a special, every time they make a special get it.

It's a small building but the tables inside are big enough, they've done well with the space they have. I ordered the Peppersteak, and it was fantastic. The onions were caramelized, sweet, and good. The sauce, peppers, cheese. All of it was cooked perfectly. The bread had a crisp crust and was soft on the inside. It didn't last long enough for pictures

Came here based off a recommendation and couldn't have been happier with our hot Italian sandwich! The bread which apparently comes from Sparrow is delicious and I appreciate locally sourced bread.Food: 5/5

The perfect sandwich! So much flavor. Lightly spicy, lightly tangy, slightly crunchy on the outside. My wife and I each got the hot Italian and took it for a picnic. She said "it's the first Bend sandwich shop that satisfied my craving for Snarf".

Today was my first time ever coming to valentines deli, and let me tell you this is by far one of the best sandwich shops in bend! Esther told me about This deli and by far one of the best sandwich shop recommendations I’ve ever had! She told me to place my order the night before so I can have it ready to go early in the morning, and glad she told me because when I came in today it was pretty busy! My Hot Italian sun with added avocado was amazing! Just at first glance of the sandwich made my mouth water!!!! If you haven’t been here I suggest you add this spot to your bend eats! 10/10 recommend! Literally told all my co workers about this spot today!! Cheers!

The first place in Central Oregon that I've found that actually makes an Italian the right way! NO OLIVES!! Take notes because this place is blow away. The portions are hearty and just mouthwatering. Fresh rolls and made to perfection.

Hands down one of the best sandwiches I have had. The Hot Italian was full of flavor in every bite. Lots of outdoor seating and service was fast. Can’t wait to go back.
