It’s clear they still have big staff shortages after Covid and things were a bit slow, but staff was doing their best. Kitchen staff looked very young but my pizza was really good. Evenly cooled crust, not excessively covered with cheese, good garlic in crust. Was just a bit on the salty side. Sangiovese was decent for price. Sat outside on quiet evening.

Great food and excellent service. A little on the slow side and the new waitress removed the onions, as asked, from my salad, but the pizza makers did not. Fresh, favorable food in a great environment.

This pizza was very good. The dough alone was very tasty and stayed crispy. My waitress Sam was very friendly and helpful. Over all. I'll definitely come back.

Claaaic Neapolitan pizza is amazing. You have a good balance with their salads as well and there pizzas. Very tastily done. Good service as well, left satisfied and full for $50.

Actual thin crust foldable Italian pizza made with a light touch of ingredients like proper mozzarella and sugo and basil, right here in Bend, Oregon. A large and airy space with great staff. We like it great job. Photos? No I ate it immediately. Get it!

Their pizza might be great - I'll never know because they have made takeout impossible. The website says that they are not accepting online orders, and when you call the restaurant it says to use the website because they don't take orders via the phone. The very nice person I was able to talk to on the phone couldn't take my order said she "wasn't allowed". She said I would have to drive to the restaurant, place the order in-person, and then wait 35-40 minutes for pizza. Have whatever policies you want, but please make it clear on your website that you don't do takeout. Then I won't be so sad about no quattro stagioni!

We were passing through the area and were craving some good salads. Both of these salads were very good - tasty, good size for the price. However, the pizza was one of the worst pizzas we ever had. Floppy crust and to thin, no flavor.

We went to Flatbread tonight for dinner and it was AMAZING!! The salad was served nice and chilled and super fresh! The pizza was sooo delicious!! Our server, Breden was very welcoming and pleasant! He was also kind enough to share info on the Happy Hour specials offered for next time! We will definitely be back!
