Very good food and service. Even though we were a large party, the waitress was super nice and our food came quickly. The harmony burger is great and chicken tenders are not dry at all. The portions are huge so definitely share a dish or get an appetizer.

I have been coming to Jack's since they opened. It is a busy spot as it is family friendly and delicious. The onion rings with ranch sauce and the chicken tender platter are absolutely mouthwatering and my personal favourites. They also have a great weekday breakfast special. Parking is limited but there is more parking in the surrounding areas.

Amazing family restaurant - courteous staff, tasty food, large portion sizes and an overall great vibe. Menu has a good variety from pub fare to loca classics. We tried the special platters and were not disappointed. Very busy even on weekdays so I’d recommend making reservations on weekends, its first-come first-serve only.

Jack’s Family Restaurant is an old family favourite, my Opa enjoyed coming here before he passed. We recent went with a large party and was pleasantly surprised. While the wait was slightly longer than anticipated 35 minutes for 15 people, once we were seated service was quick, the food was hot and tasty! If you’re looking for some good ol’ home cooking, check out Jack’s!

Best prices and the best value for food. Great family restaurant, huge portions. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu! Had been going here since my university days and is the go-to brunch place in the KW region!Food: 5/5

Good food and large portion.  Lunch special came with soup.  Waitress was super nice, very relaxing vibe.

All service staff encountered friendly. Food was plentiful, fresh and tasty. Only restaurant within walking distance to St. Jacob market and surrounding hotels.

The food here was incredible. I had a Cattleman Chicken, and it was one of the tastiest dishes I've eaten while on vacation. The service was great, and we were trameated with great respect. I highly recommend this restaurant if your ever in the St. Jacob's area.

Portions were good ; harmony burger is 3 times the size of the original and glorious ; wait staff were fast , friendly and check on us often. Only thing I found odd was getting a coloring page for my son ; but no crayons ? Still 10/10 would recommend!

Plenty of choices for breakfast and lunch, great portions, kids friendly. The vegetarian Benedict is one of the best. It's definitely a go-to brunch restaurant in KW.Food: 5/5
