I ordered a large chicken nugget meal through door dash. I paid an extra 60¢ for 3 honey mustards and got no sauces at all. The fries I got were not even close to a full amount, the container was at most filled half way. The food was good, wish I could have the amount I paid for.Food: 2/5

I ordered from doordash, a spicy nacho chicken sandwich and extra onion rings. I paid $16 including tip, and my onion rings were missing! When I talked to the dasher, he told me that’s all that was handed to him. I requested a refund through doordash, they flat out said no which has never happened to me. Makes me think it was jack in the box that doesn’t give refunds. I basically paid $16 for ONE SANDWICH. Total rip off, I’ve heard bad things about this restaurant and it’s the last time I’ll ever order from them.

I had a terrible experience at the Jack in the Box in Pullman, Washington. Not only did they forget the majority of our order, but the staff were also extremely rude.  When we placed our order, we specified that we wanted all of the items on the combo meal, but when we received our food, several items were missing. When we pointed this out to the staff, they were unapologetic and we’re reluctant to correct the order.  To make matters worse, the staff were rude and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. They seemed to have no concern for customer satisfaction and showed little effort to make things right.  Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Jack in the Box location and would not recommend it to anyone. The poor service and incomplete order were completely unacceptable.

Ive odered food here many of times and the food is cold or frozen still or they give u a small fries when u order a big fries or small popcorn chicken when u order a big popcorn chicken and charge  u the extra money for nothing very disappointed in jack in the box.Food: 2/5

I have not had one good, hot item since going there. I tried it two times and both times the food was either too cooked, old and cold or way too greasy. Today I was given drinks without ice and told they are out of ice.... The drink tasted like 15 flavors of soda. They need to really clean their fountains nozzle. I should not taste Root Beer when I asked for a Coke. My cashier was nice but our food has never been worth the money spent.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. RUDE MANAGER.  I have experienced a lot of inconsistencies  in my order in the past as well. For instance they forgot to put even a single piece of chicken in the chicken salad. Sometimes forget to add sauce in my sandwich. Last week they said no pancakes are available in my breakfast platter and no way to get the amount back.  Today i ordered a chicken salad. I came home to find just 2 strips of chicken in my salad photo attached. I called the manager, very politely explained my situation and asked for a refund. The manager was rude, suggested that I took out the chicken so that I could ask for a refund. I said I don't need the refund anymore, said thank you politely and hung up.  Never going back there. Lewiston outlet is much better.

I am not a big fan of fast food for health reasons.  With this said, I understand that many people do like fast-food, and eat it on a regular basis.  The scoring for this Jack in the Box will not be based on competition with other higher-end restaurants.  This would be incredibly unfair for all fast food restaurants.  I believe in fairness.  The score will be based on similar establishments that sell essentially the same items.  This Jack in the box is located on grand and Stadium Way in Pullman Washington.  It right on the corner of two very busy streets and access to this establishment is rather difficult to get into, but well worth it once you get inside.  I have eaten at this Jack in the Box a number of times and the customer service is always very good.  The food is generally hot and fresh. The food is also relatively inexpensive when compared to other fast-food restaurants.  On my last visit, an employee by the name of Bruce Wayne this is his real name, helped me, and did a very good job. He did everything that would be expected for excellent customer service at a fast food restaurant.  Overall I would consider this restaurant a better choice than say a McDonald's or Arby's because of overall better customer service, price, and freshness of food.  The jumbo jacks have all the vegetables unlike many similar establishments.  This is a plus if you like that kind of thing.  The french fries are not quite as good as what I got at McDonald's.  I still feel this Jack in the Box is better than the McDonalds' I have been to because it's less expensive with better customer service and in my opinion has better tasting burgers.

Normally I would feel petty going to rate fast food but this was bad enough for me to hop on here for a 1 star. Didn’t even mind that the food was Luke warm at best but… Then I was Given the wrong drink I was up charged for with no warning which is whatever, I would have drank the what smelled like sprite, but it was light brown in color. Sketchy

How do you mess up the tacos?!  I love jack in the box tacos, get them anytime I'm out on a long drive. Ended up swinging by this particular location hoping for some late night crunch, and what I got was soggy chips with a little bit of meat. It's like they took them out of the fryer, tossed a little hot sauce at them and called it good. No lettuce or even the cheese!!! That's like half the contents of the taco! Also weird that they pitched them together in the same bag.  It's a college town so I can't be that surprised, but I've eaten JitB from some pretty sketchy places and still never had one be THAT disappointing.

BRUH. WOULD YOU EAT THIS?  Whoever was working last night needs to get fired! lmao They really pulled out two ancient hasbrowns out from between grill and the deep fryer and deep fried them again and gave them to me. They were brick hard. My breakfast burrito was also inedible.  Burnt eggs and really funky tasting sausage... My husband got a teriyaki bowl and there were literally only 3 very small pieces of chicken inside lol At least the milkshakes were good? But that was my whole dinner: a milkshake. The rest was inedible. Y'all ain't even trying over there   we spent 30$ and what was there to even eat? Might as well have thrown an old sock and rusty spoon in a bag and told me to enjoy lol
