This is by far the best taco truck in the Palouse. I have never had a bad experience here, and have gotten many people hooked on their delicious dishes. And for a really low price! They even have taco Tuesdays where tacos are $1! I have never had a bad experience here and the food tastes just like my abuela's cooking.Food: 5/5
It was Taco Tuesday and quite a few people eating. Two street tacos with chicken and another with marinated pork were delicious. Two salsas, green and red very spicy, just the way I like it. Could use another picnic table. Would return if I lived in the area.Food: 5/5

Let me make myself perfectly clear, if there was a sixth star that I could award this place, I would do so. If there was a seventh star, I would do so. But alas, I can only express the love I have for this taco truck in 5 gleaming stars. I have been going here for roughly a year now and the food is always fresh. The flavor is always immaculate. The staff is always friendly and fast. But man… those tacos are just otherworldly. Flavored to perfection. If I could only eat one thing for the rest of time it would probably be the tacos from this truck. If you are ever in the Pullman area you will be doing yourself a huge favor showing this place some love. And $1 tacos on Tuesdays?!? We don’t deserve this place.
The carne asada w/ guacamole and chicken tacos were really good, seasoned really well. A family member got a chicken wet burrito and had good things to say. The torta was a just slightly disappointing because nothing kept it together, like refried beans, so the stuff fell out. The refried beans in a platter meal were incredibly wet and ran everywhere in the container, so that wasn't awesome.
