I used curbside & I very rarely give strongly agree on any survey unless people go above and beyond which very rarely happens anywhere.

Apple pie sucks and it has lot of cinnamon and sugar

Delivery to my office campus was exactly on time and food was perfect temp and high quality. Decent value as well.

Efficiency of the organization. Order, given estimated time of arrival , notification order was in transit, delivered to customer within estimated time. The food was delicious. What more can a consumer ask for?

The restaurant was amazing it was the online ordering. It took long very slow app. It was a very fast delivery!!!

I ordered for pick up and when I got there my order wasn’t even in the system. So I was told it would take 15 min to make my order. 40 min later I finally got my pizza. No explanation or apology, the Pullman Pizza Hut has horrible customer service. Go anywhere else to get your pizza.

Timely delivery, friendly driver, pizza as ordered.

Horrible place. Almost every time we order they "forget" our soda. We have called and they say they will bring one to us and never do. When we file a complaint it takes almost a month for the refund. Whoever owns this place better watch their inventory because these sodas are probably going somewhere, not to acctual customers.
