I love this place. For some reason the last 6 months they always forget items. It’s happened 40% of the time. Every time I order now I have to check the bags before I leave the parking lot just to make sure I have all my food. Super annoying. Once or twice is fine, but this much is a lot.

You should know how the food taste like by now. Totally authentic Mexican food right. I go here often and the drive thru takes forever after 8pm for the late night munchies. Staff is pretty nice to dashers/ubereats

Good food employees are quick and and friendly if u want taco bell around Pullman I'd suggest going to this one!!!

The longest wait time you will ever have at a fast food place omg you go to the drive through at night you will sit there for 20-30 minutes just to get your food. I’ve worked fast food and that wait time is ridiculous my store would be in big trouble if that was our wait times jesus.

Are you really reading Taco Bell reviews right now? Really? Well let me tell you, this is the most consistent fast food on the Palouse. I eat more than any human should and I rarely, very rarely, get my order messed up. Even the sauces are usually right. If you know Pullman’s quick food options, that’s saying a lot!

We used the drive through at this location. The assistant manager was working the drive through she had excellent customer service skills and was a pleasure to work with. Our food was out quickly and was accurate. Thank you

I am tired of not getting the correct order ever! I order the beef Chalupa meal. It looks correct on the screen but then I get home and go to eat it and it's chicken. I have called to complain each time but the phone just rings and rings. I have given it 3 times now and it always wrong.

Incompetent and rude management. Interviewed my girlfriend twice and promised her a position and then today decided for no reason not to hire her. Same thing happened to me a couple years back when I applied. Management has no business running a restaurant or interviewing potential employees. Do not support this restarautnt.

Sometimes it's a wait but it's made up for with great customer service and awesome deals. They also remember my sides and to leave off certain toppings I don't like which makes the food much more enjoyable.
