Chipotle Mexican Grill

Paid full price for a burrito bowl online on 12/14/21. Received half the burrito bowl. Very disappointed with the portion. Picked up via chipotle earlier about 15 minutes ago. I get chipotle isn’t pricey and not to expect too much. But if you ordered a burger at McDonald’s, at least they give you the full burger.

I love Chipotle in general, but this location is the worst I've been to, and I've been to quite a few in various states. My first visit, was told they were only taking online orders, and it was a long wait... was worried that would be the norm, so I waited months before I tried again. My second visit, I was able to order at the counter like normal, but they were out of veggies. I was there in the early afternoon. Went a few days later, again, no veggies. Asked the manager, and he said it was a staffing issue due to spring break. Okay... Went back a few weeks later, still out of veggies. Waited another few weeks, still no veggies. Y'all, I'm there midday, you can't have already ran out of veggies. Finally, during one of my visits, the worker helping me saw my annoyance about the veggies, and said yeah, it's an issue. The prep cooks don't prep the veggies enough. He likes the veggies too, and was annoyed they are out of them all the time. I've been there maybe about 10 times over the last 6 months, always midday, and have been lucky to get veggies twice. On two occasions, they were out of chicken as well. Today, not only out of veggies yet again, but also out of lettuce. I'm done trying. Left empty handed and won't be back. The employees I've dealt with have been good enough, but the management of this location is shameful.

Store was VER dirty. All the tables had food and crumbs on them. Garbage receptacles were over full, and some trash was on the ground. They had plenty of staff as I observed 3 of them chatting and laughing together behind the counter while they were essentially doing nothing, and this went on for most of my dine in stay. Tonight they could only accept the exact amount in cash or debit. I'm guessing staff can't use a calculator and do basic math if they've got money in the drawer. Pretty sad reflection on today's youth. Good thing WSU is nearby, as most of the staff and almost all of the customers were young adults. I likely will NOT be revisiting this location, as it was just to dirty and unprofessionally run.

Worst experience with any chipotle ever. 9 out of 10 times they are out of lettuce, salsa, chips and the lemonade drinks. The staff is also ridiculously rude, they give awful attitude when you even ask for a bag to go. I normally love chipotle but the Pullman chipotle is embarrassing. I recommend hiring new staff that actually enjoy their job and are decent at customer service.

About 75% of the times we've ordered from here, something was wrong with our order. Whether they were busy, quiet, or having a normal day, they can't seem to get their process right for correctly building and labeling pickup orders. It hasn't always been like this, so no clue what systemic or management issues they've been having the past year.

This is the worse chipotle in history. Only fill the bowls up halfway or are always out of stock. Literally gave me food poisoning the last time I ate there. If you value your life or money... do not eat there ://

There is a reason this location has such a low rating. They can just not get it together. If you are ordering on the app there is about a 95% chance they will get it wrong. The portions are horrible. When I visit other locations it makes me realize even more how much this one sucks. 3 stars cause it tastes great when it’s right haha!

Terrible!! The place was filthy. Not one clean table and literally no customers were there. The ice machine was apparently broken. The cranky girl at the counter was rude. The chicken was so salty I couldn’t eat it. And was $50.00 for 2 burritos. Very disappointed. Just shameful

ORDER ONLINE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I had ordered a 2 burrito bowls and when i got home I was very disappointed. How are they not going to add no lettuce or fajita veggies… like lettuce is the best part of the burrito bowl! I’m not sure if they ran out or not but they could have let me know if that was the case.

Before I paid for my meal and my drinks they did not inform me the ice maker was broken and the pop would come out flat and tasting horrible. That alone ruined our meal.
