Family Drive-In

Don't trust the 5-stars, keep driving. I should have kept driving when I first saw this run-down place. I should have walked out when I saw the ridiculous prices. I should have returned all their nasty, old stale food. It was all poor quality old freezer burned inedible food and they know it. All the fried items were hard and tough including the fries! I love crinkle cut fries but they were extremely old and stale. The oysters and fries were $23 for 10 and it, was all stale and too oily. I had to peel off the old oily crust, such a waste and a mess. The guy lied to me, he said it was a high quality pizza pocket, the pizza pocket is the same from the cheap corner deli or gas station, I paid $5.50, total rip off. Jalapeño poppers, $7 for 6 and fish sandwich, $13 same freezer burn stale, they just don't care what they serve people. I couldn't serve this to my guests I just ate the cost, $62 including tip and we went somewhere else. Needless to say, I will absolutely never recommend or return to this freeze-burned dirty nasty poor quality food place again, highly disappointing.

It may not look like much from the outside, but Family Drive-In was a pleasent surprise. The bulgogi sandwich was outstanding! It was flavorful, filled to the top with meat actually spilled out. The fries weren't very seasoned, but the pineapple milkshake was great. The little bits of pineapple in the milkshake was yummy and it was still thicker than a smoothie. Small seating area and not as nice during a rainy day.

I was absolutely starving while scrolling through numerous places to eat at. I ordered online via Door Dash Pick Up Free. I was a 5 minute drive away. My order was ready wayyy before the app even gave notifications! I ordered a bacon burger, two orders of mozzarella cheese sticks &+ a strawberry shake. ALL were great! The staff was very nice and friendly. I didn't talk to them much I was sick. But they were great with other customers there! I would definitely come here again when I go to my doctor's and I'm in the area!

Great little family run drive in. No drive through, all business is done at the counter. The owners are very neat, clean, and do meticulous job. We had the big cheese burger and fries. It was the smaller size patty two options available but satisfying. The burger had a made at home feel to it. Nice, big slice of tomato. Lettuce, mayo, mustard and ketchup are the fixings. I enjoyed it very much. The fries were perfectly done. Nice crinkle cuts with a crispy outside and steamy soft inside with enough salt to make them delicious.

This has been here for ever, located next to Safeway. Parking area is small but that's ok. Not much seating most people take their food to go. You can sit outside in the summer but watch out for the homeless in the area for safety. 2 benches inside but it's a tight fit. The Philly cheese is really good and lots of meat. The shakes are super good and I love the blackberry lemonade.

The Hawaiian Burger was great. Would be 5 stars for the food except that though the fries were the perfect texture for crinkle cut fries they were under-seasoned and therefore kind of 'meh.' A friendly family owns it and works there, it appears. Prompt service with a smile. A buzzer to allow waiting in your car is nice. It looks pretty sketchy from the outside, tbh, so low marks for atmosphere...but I still recommend this drive in!

Stopped in for a quick bite and was blown away! Food was immaculate! Wish I didn't live out in spokane so I could enjoy this daily! Would definitely recommend!Food: 5/5

This is a take-out only, no dining inside. I would of given it 4 stars, but the meat patty was frozen and thin. The onion rings were fresh and real, not pressed chopped onions. Even though my burger was on the thin side, the ingredients were fresh. The man at the window who took our order was very pleasant and nice.

I used to love this place but now I feel cheated. Pay more & the quality of the food has gone down over the past year or so. The seafood use to be better quality. Now shrimp is just thick breading with small shrimp inside it just taste weird. Fish & chips the same dont bother. The only thing decent is the fries & burgers.. If you get the Philly they serve it on a hotdogs bun with mozzarella cheese not provolone like a real Philly. The meat is a little thick. Didn't taste too bad but not worth it for the price.
